Livingston County Man Passes After Illness

HOWELL—Emmett Larkin, 83, a lifelong resident of Livingston county, died in a Howell nursing home Saturday. He had made his home at Chilson before his illness.

Mr. Larkin was born on Dec. 8, 1870, in Hamburg. The only survivors are nieces and nephews, including Norman Larkin of Howell, a retired grocer.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today at the Schnackenberg Funeral Home. Burial was in Chilson Cemetery.
