Wildflour Bakery to close Wednesday
Volunteer Jackie Ernault sweeps up Monday for one of the last times at Wildflour Community Bakery. The Ann Arbor maker of organic bread will bake its last loaves Wednesday, closing after 21 years in business. The 208 N. Fourth Ave. bakery originally had planned to stay open until March 28, but decided to close earlier when one of its three full-time employees took another job. Emily Berman, a Wildflour baker, said this morning that the bakery still plans a potluck farewell party on March 28. Call 994-0601.
