Mrs. Greene

Private funeral services were scheduled for this afternoon for Mrs. Margaret C. Greene of 501 Burson Pl. with the Rev. Fred E. Luchs officiating.
Mrs. Greene died Wednesday at University Hospital following a short illness.
She was born at Azalia, a daughter of Edward F. and Jennie McArthur Couper.
Mrs. Greene had been a resident of Ann Arbor since 1918.
She was a member of the First Congregational Church, the Women's City Club and the Sara Browne chapter of the University of Michigan Alumnae.
She was married to Paul G. Greene March 7, 1931, in Ann Arbor.
She is survived by her husband; two sisters, Mrs. K. B. (Edith) Duerr of Radburn, N.J., and Mrs. W. E. (Mary) Bandemer of Ann Arbor; a brother, William M. Couper of Tucson, Ariz.; a sister-in-law, Mrs. E. M. Couper of Ann Arbor, and several nieces and nephews.
Entombment was to follow the services, in the Washtenong Memorial Park Mausoleum.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
