New Subdivision Planned
This is the plat for a proposed subdivision on Ypsilanti's south side which would be developed by the Prospect Construction Co. of Detroit. The firm plans to build 22 homes, one on each of the lots surrounding the proposed street (dotted line) which would connect wit Harriet St. Most of the lots have a 65-foot frontage and are 80 feet long. Named the Amos Washington subdivision, in honor of the Ypsilanti housing director and former city councilman, the preliminary plat has tentative approval of the City Planning Commission.
