Mrs. Elizabeth Howard
Mrs. Elizabeth Howard, 72, wife of Mark Howard, died Saturday night at her home at 1031 Michigan Ave., after an illness of seven weeks.
She was born Nov. 18, 1864, in Ann Arbor, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Gottlob Wahr. She had always lived in Ann Arbor, and was married July 4, 1888, to Mr. Howard of Ann Arbor.
She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Doane E. Corbett and a son, Martin W. Howard, both of Ann Arbor; three grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Mary A. Dow of Detroit; and a brother, George Wahr of Ann Arbor; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the Muehlig chapel with Rev. Frederick Cowin officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel.
