Promenade Parking Problem? Who says the Main St. Promenade has cut down on the number of parking places in the central business district? Actually, parking was the farthest thing from the mind of this automobile's driver, Larry Dishman of 729 Brookside. He was making a right turn onto Main from William when he said a car on Main began to back up. Dishman told police that in order to avoid the other car he drove his vehicle to the right, hit the curb and bounced onto the concrete planter. Police said the estimated damage to Dishman's car was about $10. The promenade wasn't damaged.
