Osias Zwerdling, prominent in civic affairs here for many of his 90 years, shows a "key to the city" presented by Mayor Wendell E. Hulcher at a reception honoring Zwerdling yesterday. City officials and other community citizens attended the reception held at Beth Israel-Hillel Building. Hulcher had designated Sunday as "Osias Zwerdling Day" here.
