New St. Andrew's Parish Hall - Complete on the outside, some finishing work remains to be done on the inside of the $300,000 Episcopal Parish Hall. Although incomplete, it will be opened for limited use Wednesday. The first event will be the annual meeting and dedication ceremony Wednesday night. It is expected Sunday school classes will be able to move in soon, but the chapel is not scheduled for completion until April, when a public open house is planned.
