Age 40, died November 16, 1999 at his home. He was born November 5, 1959 in Glendora, CA, the son of Gene and Joanne (Ragle) Earley. Jim had been employed with Lucent Technologies in Southfield. Survivors include his loving companion, Timothy Preston of Milan; two children, Amanda Earley and James Edward Earley II, both of Grass Lake; his parents, Gene and Joanne Earley of West Branch; a brother, Phillip (Deborah) Earley of Whitehall; a sister, Cynthia (Mike) Liniski of Homosassa, FL; and his paternal grandmother, Viola Coslet of Tuscola, IL. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at Ochalek-Stark Funeral Home, Milan. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 2-9 p.m. and on Saturday from 11-1 p.m. Contributions may be made in his name to the Shriner's Children Hospital or Aid in Milan
