In a world like no other…where everyone has a super power, and where everything is perfect there lived four kids isolated from the rest. They lived in a makeshift home; they were made up of two girls and two guys. The oldest and most skilled in fighting was Tyson. He was considered the unspoken leader, everyone listened to him and his word was last. The tech expert was Kyle. Katy was the eldest from the two girls and was skilled with a knife and hunted, the youngest out of the four was Clarisse talented with sewing designing clothes.

The outward appearance of their home looked like an abandoned subway tunnel. However, once you enter it there is a hallway that leads to a large room. One that is big enough for two growing boys to share. Tyson’s half of the room is the biggest. His side is made up of weapons, clothes, a TV, a bed and a chest at the foot of his bed filled with his clothes. In the corner were laid two prepped backpacks for the two in any case of emergency.

            On the other half of the room was Kyle he was sleeping, his room was considered to be the messier half. On the right side of his bed laid a few weapons like everyone else did for protection. He also had a TV in front of his bed, which he had made. However, on the other side of his bed has a huge box that has all his tools in it, such as hammers, screw drivers, nails, a small saw, wrenches, and more.

            In another room separate from this one had two girls in it, Katy, and Clarisse. Katy had dark brown hair and blue eyes. She was sewing a new shirt for Katy. She also had all her clothes under her bed. On one side of her bed has a bunch of weapons and on the other had a sewing machine and yards of fabric. Her main chore was to make clothes for everyone or else they would have to run out and steal some clothes.

            The two teenage girls shared a room and shared almost everything. Katy was punching a punching bag while Clarisse was hemming a new shirt for herself. The two split the room in half and decided they would share a huge chest for their clothes. Their room was almost always clean and had been filled with a variety of things such as extra fabric to sets of knives.

             The four ran outside once they heard commotion in front of their house and saw a young girl who looked about the age of seven, who then turned into an infant, an old lady then to a twenty year old girl then stopped and said “There is another world that has people just like you, in a place called earth.” she also said “I’ve been watching over you all and now see you are ready for this. My name is Jade and I’m a shape-shifter as you can see, and it will be dangerous to get to the new world you all are ready to go to.”

Jade then moved her hands and suddenly formed a map and said “this map will lead you to a magical lake within the forest.”

“And we’re supposed to believe you like that?” asked Kyle.

            “Well I didn’t say you had to go I’m leaving that up to you, but if I were you I’d take it seems like it’s your best choice.” Jade said, “The lake you will go to is called NOVA each monster you guys will end up facing five monsters the first letter in each of there names will end up spelling ‘NOVA,’” and with that she was gone.

            Everybody went inside and ate dinner but nobody said a word then out of the blue Tyson said “I think we should go to earth instead of living the rest of our lives in a freakin’ subway station,” then walked up and left. 

            When the two walked back out they both had determined faces “Why shouldn’t we do you really want to stay here for the rest of our lives?” Kyle said while pointing to their makeshift house.

            Tyson smiled, “well how about we leave tomorrow night?” The four cheered and were happy and agreed that they would make their plans tonight however they would wake up early and pack in the morning since they didn’t have many belongings.

            In the morning Clarisse and Kyle went out and stole some food for the trip. Everyone was packing in their own backpacks as they agreed everyone would carry their own weight. After everyone was finished packing there bags they agreed that each person would bring there own sleeping bags and since lake Majena wasn’t that far they would only need there sleeping bags for one night. They wanted to go at night because then everyone would be asleep and there would be very few monsters out. Once they were all ready to go they snuck out and hid in the forests they wanted to get as far as possible from that city at least.

            Once they were finally out with a long night of running they all fell asleep. In the morning Clarisse, Katy, and Kyle were all gone. Tyson went out in search for them. Yelling their names, with no response he was very worried. Suddenly he heard Katy’s voice shriek and scream  “No! I beat you Neneva!”

            He saw her screaming in her sleep and tried to calmly wake her without making the situation worse. Once she woke she stabbed the empty space right by his hip missing him by a centimeter and suddenly a devilish looking creature fell to the ground. Tyson was extremely surprised and had so many questions but the only one that popped out was “Wait what was its name?”

             “Neneva.” Katy said

            An overjoyed Tyson yelled, “You killed our first monster!” and then said “Wait do you know where the others are?”

            She shook her head to which Tyson responded by saying, “You killed our first monster so lets go find the others.”

            She drank some water and was ready to go as if nothing happened. Then they found Clarisse who was fighting another monster that looked like a giant scorpion and its outer shell was gold and its tail silver. They looked liked they were fighting for some time because Clarisse was drenched in sweat. With a final strike she killed the monster. Then she said, “I hope you guys found the first two monsters because this monsters name is Odious, she smiled and said, “ I really hope you guys killed the first one.”

            They told her that Katy did but Tyson hadn’t been attacked by one yet as they all set off to find Kyle. Tyson had run back to the campsite to get extra water bottles as they were running low. As soon as he got there, the tent that they had slept in, the night before was ripped to shreds and the entire campsite was ruined. Tyson didn’t know what had caused such a mess.

 Then the bushes all around him rustled, once he realized there was a monster near by he drew his sword which was gold at the grip and silver by the blade and was ready to fight against anything that was to come at him. The bush behind him shook and Tyson jumped, turned and suddenly a beast of massive claws, huge teeth, bloodshot eyes, and a black fur covered chest.

            Then suddenly he attacked Tyson but luckily Tyson was skilled with fighting and had moved right in time as the creature ended up hitting the ground it’s face looked bruised but unfortunately the fall wasn’t enough to keep him down. He jumped right back up and at Tyson in a flash, so fast that before Tyson could move he was hit. However, a single hit would not take him down as he jumped up and cut the chest of the creature with his sword now which made the beast have a weaker the creature growled a little bit and then hit Tyson’s stronger arm, his right, which held his sword in and it fell far away as his arm was bleeding. There was no way he would be able to get it at that moment. As Tyson stood there shocked the beast took his chance and struck him in the chest but he was to fast and ducked in time. He quickly picked up his sword and killed the beast and heard it yell, “Vasileios.”

            Tyson realized that Vasileios was the creatures name and then realized that he had fought the second to last monster and they were so very close to finding the lake. In excitement he grabbed the extra water bottles he came for and ran back to the spot he had left them,

            He met up with them in the same place he left them, apparently they had cleaned up during the time he was gone as everyone looked completely normal, not at all like they just fought different monsters one on one. He tossed everyone a water bottle and told them what exactly had happened, about how he fought Vasileios and how their previous camp site was ruined. They were all very surprised by the news. Then they decided that they were going to go out and look for Kyle right away.

They went out and searched the woods looking for Kyle and then they found him, laying on the floor knocked out with a bruised up face mumbling in a dazed voice rambling on about nonsense. Tyson ran up to him and started shaking him to wake him up Clarisse started looking around for is water bottle and then finally found it she told all of them put all there extra water in the bottle because it was empty everyone did as she said and put there water in his bottle and when Kyle finally woke up he drank the water so fast it was as if he had not drunk water in days. Once they brought him back to normal they realized his clothes were tattered and ripped and he said he beat the night wolf in a fight and had almost died. It’s name had been Amarog and they realized they had fought and killed all four of the monsters and were ready to find the lake. A few minutes later they all got up and started walking through the forest but instead of looking for each other they were looking for the lake.

            Then they found a big huge troll looking monster who was guarding the lake making sure nobody could enter it and as soon as he saw the four of them, he said “If you want to go in to Lake Nova you guys have to knock me out long enough for youto jump in.”

            The four of them were completely ready with there weapons pointing at the repulsive troll they all attacked the troll from different sides but it did not work. The troll just whacked them all back. Then Katy got some dirt and through it at its face, which blinded him long enough for Clarisse and Tyson to hit his downward facing head with their weapons and knock him out. Once they did they all four jumped into the lake and reached Earth.

            On earth everything was just like their home world the language the food the people them selves and they didn’t feel out of place just because they didn’t have magical powers on Earth nobody did. It gave them amazing new lives and somewhere that gave them new, normal and happy lives forever.
