The Babies Go To Camp: A co-operative venture of a group of parents brought about the nursery play school above, a "morning camp" with supervised outdoor life for pre-school boys and girls each morning from 9 to 12 o'clock at Burns Park. In the upper left picture, a number of the children are shown taking a rest on their little rugs, and at the upper right is Robert Doherty, two-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Kenneth Doherty of White St. Anne Winkler, two years old, of 1315 Jewett Ave., in the lower left picture appears doubtful of sharing the sand pile. From left to right in the lower picture [this photo], the group shown gathered for a mid-morning snack of tomato juice are: Nancy Stephens, two-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Stephens of Henry St.; Sammy Edwards, two-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Edwards of Martin Place; Mrs. James Stermer of Brooklyn Ave.; Linda Pfiffner, three years old, and her mother, Mrs. Joseph Pfiffner of Baldwin Ave.
