Volunteer Opportunities for Teens and Adults at AADL!
The Ann Arbor District Library now offers [http://www.aadl.org/volunteer|volunteer opportunities] for teens and adults! Previous only available to teens during the summer, the volunteer program has expanded and is now available year-round to anyone 14 years old or older. Volunteer opportunities include assisting at various Library programs and helping behind the scenes with program preparations.
If you're interested in volunteering, please fill out an [http://www.aadl.org/volunteer|application form]. Adults 18 years old and older will have a background check. Once applications are submitted and reviewed volunteers will receive instructions for how to register for a one-hour orientation. After volunteers attend[img_assist|nid=359454|title=|desc=|link=none|align=left|width=100|height=79] orientation they will be able to browse and sign up for volunteer shifts online.
We will have heaps of volunteer opportunities throughout the summer, so if you're interested in serving with AADL [http://www.aadl.org/volunteer|sign up] today!
