Mr. and Mrs. Nichols were married Nov. 21, 1900, by the late Rev. T. W. Young, then pastor of the First Baptist Church. The ceremony was performed at the home of the bride’s parents, which was situated at the corner of S. Fifth Ave. and E. Liberty St. where Fischer’s Pharmacy now stands.
