Age 45, died Saturday, December 22, 1979, at the University of Michigan Medical Center. She was born on June 15, 1934, in Boardman Township, Ohio, the daughter of Don and Nettie (Thomas) Beaumont. She married George H. Magill on September 25, 1954, in Boardman, Ohio. He survives. Mrs. Magill was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Saline, the Saline OES 311, the White Shrine of Stubenville, Ohio, and of the Saline American Legion Auxiliary. In October she was elected the Mighty Chosen One of the Daughters of Mokanna - Zal Gaz Grotto of Ann Arbor. Mrs. Magill was active in many Saline community services. Survivors include: her husband, George; two daughters, Cathleen and Christine, both of Saline; her father and step-mother, Mr. and Mrs. Beaumont of Florida; and a sister Mrs. Vern (Barbara) Jacobsen of Louisville, Ohio. Memorial services will be held at 8 p.m., Sunday, December 23, 1979, from the First Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Richard Todd officiating. Also the OES will perform a service at the church. Private burial will take place in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Bahnmiller Funeral Home from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Saline or the Michigan Heart Association.
