MILAN - Charles Cox died Nov. 26 at his Milan home at 316 Dexter St. He was 70.
Mr. Cox, who worked for a Milan furnace company for 25 years before retiring 10 years ago, was born March 2, 1888, in Willis, a son of Daniel and Charlotte James Cox. He married Anna Oelke on Jan. 31, 1911, at Willis. She survives.
An infant son and daughter both preceded him in death.
Funeral services were held Nov. 29 at the Stevens & Bush Funeral Home in Milan, with the Rev. Harry W. Coleman officiating. Burial was in Udell Cemetery near Ypsilanti.
