Description
Music lovers of all ages are invited to a concert showcasing music and dance from around the Arab world.
Karim Nagi, a native Egyptian, performs with a collection of instruments including the Buzuq lute and demonstrates Raqs Assaya and Dabke, two dances from Egypt and the Near East, complete with costume!
For the past 19 years, Mr Nagi has used the vibrant and compelling performing arts to help American audiences become more familiar with Arab culture. Through music and dance, he helps humanize the dialogue, and create curiosity.
