Cooking 101: How to Shop on a Budget with Keegan Rodgers

Keegan C. Rodgers, Head Baker at the People's Food Co-Op, leads this hands-on and lively workshop on how to shop well on a budget. Students will learn how to prepare meal plans and grocery lists and how to save money at the grocery store. Discussion will also cover how to maximize the use of ingredients and minimize food waste.
This event is in partnership with the People's Food Co-Op and is part of an ongoing food and budgeting series.
