In this lively discussion, author Sherri Winston reveals how she had always been drawn to strong female personalities—the first record she ever bought was Helen Reddy’s I Am Woman—and how her attraction to larger-than-life women affects her writing style. Her talk includes showing a series of mini-movies made of LEGO that show stories can be told in an unconventional way. She will also show how she blends real-life women with her fictional work.
