Description

Yoga can be an effective practice for building strength and flexibility, managing pain and muscle tension, coping with the daily stressors of life, and developing a deeper awareness of your body. This class will provide supportive instruction for those brand new to yoga and also offer options for those with more experience. Instruction will draw from both Hatha and Restorative styles of yoga. We will conclude with a short guided meditation.

 

Please bring your own yoga mat. If you don't have one there will be some available to borrow. Participants should be able to move up and down from the floor with ease.
