Laughter Wellness is a complete – and FUN – system of methods that unlock the many healing benefits of laughter and promote physical wellness and overall well being through people’s lifespan.
Carolyn Christopher is a Certified Laughter Professional. Although she has spent her life laughing she was trained by the Dr. Madan Kataria School of Laughter Yoga in 2007.
