Description
Across the United States, more and more people are turning to electric bikes.
Discover them for yourself in this workshop with Jim Summers of Human Electric Hybrids. Jim is a controls engineer with a passion for elegant design and efficiency, on a mission to help eliminate fossil fuel use by empowering more people to ride bikes more often.
Jim will answer all your questions about electric bikes, including cost and energy efficiency, carrying capacity, legislation regarding electric bikes in Michigan, and whether you can add a motor to a bike you already have.
Bring your questions, your hopes, and your dreams for your own future of two (or three!) wheeled transportation and recreation.
