Keegan C. Rodgers, Head Baker at the People's Food Co-Op, leads this hands-on and lively workshop.

Anytime is a good time for eggs! Eggs may seem easy, but any chef will tell you that perfect eggs in their many incarnations is a skill. From scrambled, hard boiled, poached and deviled eggs to a basic Hollandaise sauce, Keegan will demonstrate the tools you need to up your egg game. 

This event is a partnership with the People's Food Co-Op and is part of an ongoing cooking & baking series.
