Description
Keegan C. Rodgers, Head Baker at the People's Food Co-Op, leads this hands-on and lively workshop.
It's high veggie season and if you have a CSA or visit the Farmer's Markets often you might be inundated with veggies you have never heard of or have no idea how to cook! From kohlrabi, garlic scapes, okra and root veggies to unusual herbs learn some, new ways to cook or prepare these strange veggies.
This event is a partnership with the People's Food Co-Op and is part of an ongoing cooking & baking series.
