Description

Louis Picasso, an Ypsilanti-based emcee and producer, will present a concert with his hip hop collective Hiiigher Minds, a multi-faceted network of musicians, producers, and unique artists.  Since 2013 they have presented events in Ypsilanti and beyond that shift the boundaries of what a concert can be.  His work can be found on Bandcamp.
