Plan Group<br><br>Approves<br><br>Annexation<br><br>The City Planning Commission at its meeting last night approved a petition to annex ,194 acres, zoned 40 of the acres ]for research, which will enable the firm of Kelsey Hayes to , build on the property, and ap-('<br><br>rjBB'OW t*2»<br><br>ation, the commission consid-l ered the request of Bert Smok/ tier to zone 40 of the annexecfr ■acres as RE. The commission|! approved a zoning fix of RE j after the petitioner contended ] the firm of Kelsey Hayes would i' situate on the petitioned area if!'<br><br>The commission deferred action on granting a zoning fix on the remainder of the annexed .land.<br><br>The commissioners also voted, planned project approval and site plan approval of the Botani-I cal Park development. The! park, developed by William and I Patrick Pulte, is on 9.42 acres of land between Stadium and: S. Industrial.
