World’s Fair Asks For Picture Of Good Shepherd Unit

A photograph showing the model of the new church building for the Church of the Good Shepherd may be among exhibits at the Brussels World’s Fair.

The local Evangelical and Reformed group has been requested to summit a photograph of the model for inclusion in an exhibit in the Protestant Pavilion at the fair, which will run from April 17 to Oct. 19. The model was constructed by Robert C. Metcalf of Ann Arbor, architect for the building.

Theme for the Protestant Pavilion, being constructed by Belgian Protestants with assistance from the World Council of Churches, is “The new humanity as seen in the light of Jesus Christ.” Theme of the fair is “A World View: A New Humanism.”

The photograph was requested through the world alliance of Reformed and Presbyterian Churches.
