Eighteen-year-old Minerva Chizek will doubtless appreciate her family's new home at 1825 Independence Blvd. She's laying the bricks for it. Minerva, a June graduate of Ann Arbor High School, is working at the trade for her father, Arthur Chizek, a contractor, before attending the University this fall. The family lives at 1430 Pontiac St. while the new home is under construction.
