Description
Keegan C. Rodgers, owner of The Lakehouse Bakery in Chelsea, leads this hands-on and lively workshop where students will learn about a variety of frostings and how to make them.
Students will also learn about pastry bags, piping tips, and other basic decorating equipment. A simple American buttercream will be made in class and used to practice with a piping bag and tips. Attendees will also get to use a pastry bag and try some decorating themselves!
This event is a partnership with the People's Food Co-Op of Ann Arbor and Lakehouse Bakery of Chelsea.
