Keegan C. Rodgers, owner of The Lakehouse Bakery in Chelsea, leads this lively talk! In this class, learn how to infuse flavor in a variety of mediums: oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and honey.
As always you will leave with several recipes using different flavor pairings to get started with this fun technique. Attendees will also learn how to store the infusions.
