Keegan C. Rodgers, owner of The Lakehouse Bakery in Chelsea, leads this lively talk!
Soon it will be high veggie season and if you have a CSA or visit the Farmer's Markets often you might be inundated with veggies you have never heard of or have no idea how to cook! From kohlrabi, garlic scapes, okra and root veggies to unusual herbs, learn some new ways to cook or prepare these unknown foods. Keegan will demonstrate how to cut the veggies and attendees will get to taste some raw samples, too!
