Description

Yoga has been used to develop awareness of body and mind for thousands of years. Today, there are a wide variety of yoga styles to choose from. Join us to explore chair yoga with local yoga and mindfulness educator, Raina LaGrand. 

Raina's teaching practice incorporates a social justice approach with the goal of creating a space that is inclusive and non-judgmental. 

This class will be great for all body abilities to explore movement, including individuals who use wheelchairs or other accessibility tools.
