New Fingerle chief named

Brian E. Fingerle has been named president of Fingerle Lumber Co. of Ann Arbor. Fingerle succeeds his brother, Colin J. Fingerle, who has resigned as president to pursue other interests.

“This repositioning is part of a plan of reorganization designed to accommodate the individual objectives my brother and I have been formulating over the past couple years,” Fingerle said.

The company also appointed William C. Olsen, John H. Roose and Robert L. Shroup as vice presidents, and Stanislave Rehak as secretary-treasurer.

Fingerle said he does not anticipate changes in operation of the company. Fingerle Lumber was founded in Ann Arbor in 1931.
