Fatal and deplorable Railkoad Accident o.v the Worcester Railroad. - At two o'c'Iock on SatufdaVi as ihe morning passenger train from the Weslern Railroad was appronching Ihe cily, and had arrived near the Crossing! of the Brookline road the second class car was thrown from tho track, by the falling down of one side of one of the' brnkes. As the train was a long an J heavy one, and Was runing at the time at its usual rapid speed, it Was impossible to check it before it had passed Ihe fits', bridge across one of the channels of the Puil Basin. The car which had been thrown from the track hete struck the abiltment of the bridge, and was c ruslied by the force of tho train behind it, and six pnssengers, all men, were dreadfully mangled by the shock dnd instamly killed. Two or tliree other passengers in the snine car were injured, but we believe neither of them dungerously. The forward wheels of ihe next car wcre throivn from ihe track, but no person in il, or in eilhor of the other cars, was seriou.-Iy iujureJ. The engine, tender and baggage car bcame diconnected from the broken anr at the motntnt of the shock, and were uninjured. The engine was immedintely espatched to the city, and returned with Dr. Menry Bigelow ad Dr. Heman Inches, and other assistance for the relief of those who were injured. The dead bodies were also brought to ihe cityj and Mr Coroner Smith was called to investigóte the circumstances of the ease. The six men killed were all un. known to the other persons in the cars, and iheir names are unknown except as far as ihey were disüovered from papers on their persons. The Coroner has preserved Ihe papers and efFeots which inny be seen at his office in the basement story of theCourt House. - Èaslon Adv.
