It felt normal, but deep down, I knew it wasn’t. As I walked into the new school. Their beady blinking eyes burning holes in me. Was it what I was wearing? Was it how I walked? I continued to walk as they probed my body with their eyes. I wasn't so sure they were real. I walk into my first class, the door shuts softly behind me, I look around the classroom, so digitized, so clean, nothing familiar. I thought it would be a good change, so did my parents. Little did I know I would never leave. The students, rigid in their seats, they were looking at the screen, I look at it, as I begin the same process they once did, never again will I be normal, they showed me to the other side, that is where I will stay.
