The house was dark and cold.I was the last one awake. I was walking upstairs to bed when I heard a creaking sound from down the hallway. I had no idea what it was. Was it my dog, a ghost, or a door. I didn't know. I tried to fall asleep but I kept hearing that same sound over and over again.so then I walked out of my room and down the hallway to tell my parents. But as I got farther down the hallway The sound got louder and louder.  Once I go to my parents bedroom. A tall black creature appeared right in front of me.

“Ahhhhhh,” I screamed my lungs. My parent heard my scream and ran out of there bedroom like a cheetahs. We all ran downstairs and to the front door but it would not open. So we tried every possible way to get out but they were all locked and would not open. We all panicked and had no clue on what to do.

Then...

They were all gone
