His skin slowly grows red,
As the feelings he can never express
Become bottled up inside him.
A true portrayal of anger itself,
He wants to cry out,
But can’t bring himself to unplug the cork stuck in his mouth.
Unsaid words pierce his mind,
Like broken glass shards
Being unleashed to stab his conscience.
He clenches his fists and releases,
But never will he really be able to escape
The rage that overflows his glass.
