Rigot heads Lions
Ann Arbor Lions (Host) Club officers have been elected and will be installed June 20 at 6:30 p.m. in Weber's Inn. They are: William Rigot, president; Robert Waffle, first vice president; Frank Reeder, second vice president; Robert Hoisington, third vice president;
John Krienke, secretary; Brian Singer, treasurer; Charles Carey, Tail Twister; Rick Barwick, lion tamer; Thomas Taylor, Robert Philips, Don Pon, Richard Parker, Arthur Gallagher and Marion Smith, directors. Ralph Banfield is past president.
Special awards will be given to Lions for service.
Richard Fuller, executive director of the Michigan Eye Bank and member of the Host Club will report on the fund drive to raise $8 million for a new eye bank research center.
