Waking up early

To only feel bad,

Once you get up

You start to feel sad.

The winter is over

No more snow days for you,

Except that now

You have the flu.

Sick all day

Sick all night,

Feel like dying

It’s all right.

Back to school

Feeling bored,

Want to quit

Getting ignored.

It’s finally time

To just go home,

But then you get homework

To study ancient Rome.

Up all night

Up till morning,

Almost there

No more mourning.

It’s finally over

All that you’ve done,

Now it is time

To go have some fun.
