NEW STATION: This 45x33-foot building (above) at 3000 Brassow Rd., Lodi township, houses radio station WOIA. It begins daily dawn-to-sunset commercial broadcasting Monday on 1290 kilocycles.The building was designed by Walter T. Anicka & Associates of Ann Arbor and houses three offices, a library-storage room, besides studio and control rooms (right) and other facilities. Meredith Bixby is president of the Saline Broadcasting Co. which owns WOIA. It will beam programs to listeners within a 20-mile radius, using two 175-foot antennas and 500 watts of power. The station will be dedicated during a limited broadcast period between 3 to 5 p.m. tomorrow.
