Learn about the history, processing, uses, and chemical reactions of spices & herbs in baking. Learn some new, popular, unusual flavor combinations. Keegan will cover allspice, basil, cayenne, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, rosemary, salts, thyme—plus baking soda, baking powder, and cream of tartar.
