Sanford McKinney Given Two Posts
Sanford McKinney, 711 N. Main St., was named head of two state Masonic groups at convocations held Saturday and Sunday at Kalamazoo. He was named right eminent grand commander of the Michigan Prince Hall Grand Commandery and most excellent grand high priest of the Most Excellent Prince Hall Grand Chapter.
Other Ann Arbor men elected to office were Leroy Sayne of Wall St., who was chosen junior warden for the Grand Commandery and principal sojourner of the Grand Chapter; Cornelius Williams of Traver Rd., warder of the Grand Commandery; Finas Brann of Wall St., standard bearer of the Grand Commandery and grand outer guard of the Grand Chapter. Lewis Harris of Summit St. was named a member of the Grand Chapter's publicity committee.
