Man Is Fined $375 For Firing Shots In Ann St. Tavern
A man who fired two pistol shots in a crowded Ann St. tavern on Feb. 24 was fined $375 by Circuit Judge James R. Breakey, jr., yesterday and placed on two years' probation.
John G. Calhoun, 62, of 120 E. Summit St. had pleaded guilty to charges of assault with a deadly weapon.
He fired two shots at a woman companion during an argument in the Midway Cafe before bartender David Keaton wrested the gun away from him.
