Man Released; No Warrant Issued
Pelly Bullock, 57, of 209 N. Fourth Ave., arrested by a city police officer Sunday who said he was gambling with two other men, was released yesterday after the county prosecutor's office declined to issue an authorization for a warrant. Bullock was held by police on preliminary charges of resisting arrest and violation of gambling laws.
