WINDSHIELD SHATTERED: Willard Reynolds of McKinley Ave. holds a piece of shattered glass from the rear window of his car. The rampaging wind blew the entire windshield outward and moved windows on the left side of the car ahead about two inches. The car was parked in front of the Reynolds home.
