Burnin' on the River
The summer of 1969 was 50 years ago! It was a crazy time for lots of reasons, but one of the craziest things that happened that summer was that a river in Ohio CAUGHT ON FIRE. Yep, you heard that right. A river, made of WATER, caught on fire. Or at least, it sort of did. And it turned out to be a pretty important event for the future of the United States! For the second clue, I typed in "oil spill pollution" and found the code to the third clue but not the second. I've tried variations to the second clue with no luck.
Try only two words, second word does start with an "s", but isn't spill.
If you still haven't gotten it, if you're looking for the right river on wikipedia, you can ctrl+f to search for "spark" and the first result takes you to the correct answer :)
I have tried entering the right code for the 2nd one multiple times and it won't accept it. Is there some special way I should type it?
Nevermind, I was entering it as a code instead of a clue.
Clue #4 has a typo: "healther" instead of "healthier".
