This paper publishes the Circular of the Executive Cornmittee of the American and Foreign Anti-Slavery Society, and takes occasion to dissent from the safe and honorable position of the committee. It delicately intimates to Mr. Hale, thar. if he is entirely willing, he may possibly think best to resigñ, either before or after the Buffalo Convention. We can see v.o indication whatever that such may be his duty, nor any propriety in such intimation from a paper which has cordially endorsad his nominatioM. We have the pleasure of saying to our readers, that Mr. Hale has no thought of doing any thingof the kind. Strong in his position, strong in the confidence of the entire Liberty party, itrong in the love of all free and noble minds, he is the last man to strike a flag before a battle has been fotight, or a gun fired.
