NEW POLLING PLACE READIED: Workmen were busy today preparing the Allmendinger Park shelter for use by voters in Monday's municipal election. It will mark the first time that the shelter has been used for this purpose. Voters in the third precinct of the Fourth Ward will cast their ballots there. In the foreground a dirt walkway is being laid and in the background a Michigan Bell Telephone Co. man is installing phone service to the polling place.
