IT'S TRUE —Yes, Joe's Star Lounge really is going, going, gone. That's Mark 'Mr. Neon' Chalou, left, and Joe Tiboni himself taking down the sign in front of the bar Friday morning. The last show there was last Saturday, and the building at 109 N. Main St. will soon be torn down to make way for One North Main, an office, condominium and retail complex.
