Our weekly Letterpress Open Lab introduces the process and materials for printing by hand with wood type on a selection of antique cylinder presses.

Never printed before? Don't worry, we'll show you the basics on composing a wood type project, choosing paper, hand inking with a brayer, and finally using a printing press.

Due to the presence of lead based type, this program is intended for adults.
