"Who Should Elect the President?" will be the question discussed by Dr. Joseph Kallenbach at the 8 p.m. meeting Wednesday of the League of Women Voters. Dr. Kallenbach, professor of political science at the University, will comment on the current Electoral College reform proposals, their effect on political institutions and the probability of their passage. With Dr. Kallenbach is Mrs. L. S. Barrett, director of the League's study group on the Electoral College. The public may attend the meeting at the Ann Arbor Community Center, 625 N. Main.
